Almond Cream
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 4 Tbsp whiskey
- 1 quart milk
- 1 quart cream, whipped
- 1 tsp almond extract
Mash the vanilla wafers with a rolling pin, then pour the whiskey over them. When soft, add milk and sweeten to taste.
Sweeten the whipped cream to taste and then flavor with almond extract. Mix with the wafers.
Freeze.
